Terms of service of cyberdriver.pl

I. General provisions
- These terms set out the rules for using the website available at cyberdriver.pl, owned by , with its registered office in Krakow, , hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".
- The Service Provider can be contacted by e-mail at kontakt@cyberdriver.pl.
- Using the website means accepting these terms. Before buying access to the tests, the user is obliged to read them.
II. Scope of services
- The website provides access to driving licence tests over the internet after the purchase of the relevant package.
- The tests available on the website comply with the road traffic law currently in force in Poland.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to update and modify the content of the tests in order to adapt them to changing regulations.
III. Registration and user account
- Using the website requires registration and the creation of a user account.
- The user is obliged to provide true data during registration.
- Sharing the account with third parties is prohibited.
IV. Purchase and payment terms
- Access to the tests is payable in accordance with the price list available on the website.
- Payments may be made using the methods indicated on the website, such as bank transfer, payment card or other available forms of payment.
- The Service Provider issues invoices at the user request, once the data required to issue them has been provided.
V. Provision of the service
- Access to the tests is activated immediately after the payment has been credited.
- The service is provided for the duration of the purchased package, in accordance with the offer published on the website.
- The user may use the tests without limit within the purchased package.
VI. Withdrawal from the contract and complaints
- A user who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving a reason, unless they started using the tests with their express consent before that period expired.
- Complaints regarding the operation of the website should be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@cyberdriver.pl. The Service Provider examines complaints within 14 working days.
VII. Liability
- The Service Provider is not liable for technical problems on the user side that prevent the use of the website.
- The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the website works without disruption and is available around the clock.
VIII. Personal data and privacy policy
- The controller of the users personal data is , with its registered office in Krakow, .
- Users personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable law and with the privacy policy available on the website.
- The user has the right to access, correct and request the deletion of their personal data.
IX. Changes to the terms
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change these terms. Information about changes will be published on the website.
- Changes take effect 7 days after publication. Using the website after that date means accepting the new provisions.
X. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
- Any disputes arising from the use of the website will be settled by the common court with jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider.
These terms are effective from 8 March 2025.
